Solo Productions strives to bring topics, talent and issues of community interest to the Social Networking Media's and Cable Television.  We will continue to do so for as long as the community finds our projects of interest and are educated by them.

The Project "Bully101":

A while ago just after taping a CCTV show, my hostess approached me and said that she would like to see us do a show on bullying as it has effected her family.  I gave this idea some thought for days and the more I thought about it the more I was reminded of my own experiences growing up.  With that said I began to envision a documentary on this subject, to actually follow a person as they deal with the complications of this issue and how it effects their day to day activities.  I can remember being so afraid to go to certain places or be around certain people that I could hardly breath.  Being bullied changed the course of my life and changed me forever. 

Our Mission :

 Solo Productions believes that this important topic that effects so many people should be seen by as many people that we can reach, its happening right under our noses. Back home in Springfield, Massachusetts I was shocked to read in the news papers and watch on the news about three (3) students that had committed suicide because they where being bullied at school and in the neighborhood.  I often wondered why people bully other people and what makes the victim remain silent for so long. To help us understand these questions I have decided to follow my subject, (we will call  Poppa) for a few days and to see how this issue has and is affecting him. 

What We Need From You :

To take on this project Solo Productions need new equipment.  Currently Solo Productions has relied on the generosity of Public Access Television in using its facilities to put together our shows and a common camcorder to shoot onlocation.  This project, "Bully101" will be shot entirely on location which means we need the proper equipment to make this project a reality.  We are in need of a High Definition Camera, Sound Equipment and a new Mac PC (which would eliminate paying for studio time at $150.00 per hour) to edit this documentary.  Each and every dollar donated to this project and once funded will go towards the purchase of this equipment along with travel expenses and interview stipends if needed.  Your Generosity can and will make this project and future projects successful and we, at Solo Productions thank you for your interest!
