We all go through our own version of hell. And as much as it sucks, I think that we discover our greatest strengths in our weakest moments. I am a broken girl, with a broken past, but an extraordinary future. I used art as my outlet, but suffered from depression for a while. Its hard to explain that still to this day. I believe that each day teens are faced with more a nd more tradgedy but are expected to exceed beyond generations before us. Or maybe we are expected to fail? I have one last summer before I go off to college. I want to use those two months to make a difference and for it to mean something. Life is hard and I believe that we all learn that young. But I dont belive that your past defines you. But I would like to use this project as a reason to explore the beauty in the broken. Maybe it doesnt always make you or break you, or maybe it does. Please help me and come with me on this journey to discover what kind of outlets are being used, and how much the good out weighs the bad.
